OUR MISSION

Our mission as a group of parents, teacher, and students is to support and enrich the lives of all the children and staff here at South Colby. We do this by funding various programs and supporting our staff as much as we can. Our goal is to go above and beyond the minimum standards, to ensure our children have the resources they need and deserve.

***Due to Book Fair being open in the library, our April meeting will be held in portable 19 located at the end of the breezeway.

2026-2027 Board Nominations happening now!

The PTSO is in need of new members. We want to pass on what we know to future board members before our students graduate & move up to middle school. This year is a critical turning point that will decide what the future holds for our PTSO. Please consider taking a position now, so we can help ease the transition. Most board & chair positions may be held by 2 or more persons, so you don't have to do it alone!!

Without new members we cannot continue to...

  • Provide curriculum, staff support, & TEAMS grants.
  • Purchase vital technology & enhancements that are considered “extra” for the school.
  • Host family fun events for our school community.
  • Offer school spirit wear annually.
  • Provide school assemblies, book fair, & so much more!

Official voting will take place at our May PTSO meeting on: May 12th, 2026
